| Jenée Blanco
Instructor of Ballet and Progressing Ballet Technique, specializes in dance for young children
Jenée Blanco began her early dance training at the age of 7 in her hometown of Lafayette, Indiana and developed a love for the art of ballet under the direction of Sandra Peticolas atthe Lafayette Ballet School. At the age of 18, Jenée moved to New York City to study as a scholarship student at the Joffrey Ballet School, where she trained under Francesca Corkle, Dorothy Lister, and the late John Magnus. Jenée danced professionally with Ballet Omaha, Ballet Rotaru, and Ballet Magnificat. She enjoys working with children and is excited to return to the ballet studio to share her love of ballet as a teacher. Jenée particularly has a passion and talent for teaching young dancers as she engages them in creative ways of learning and exploring dance. In addition to instructing dance, Jenée is also certified to teach Pilates and Progressing Ballet Technique. Jenée has lived in San Antonio for 12 years where she has helped run her family's coffee business with her husband and five children.
