Front Desk Associate
Job Description:
Hours: 10–15/wk | Pay: varies based on experience
Location: San Antonio
Responsibilities:
Greeting and Assisting Visitors – Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, guests, or students, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Managing Communication – Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
Scheduling and Appointments – Maintain calendars, book appointments, manage class or meeting schedules, and handle cancellations or changes.
Administrative Support – Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, processing payments, managing records, and handling mail or packages.
Maintaining a Professional Front Office – Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials while upholding company policies and customer service standards.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong Communication & People Skills – Friendly, professional, and able to interact confidently with clients, students, parents, and staff both in person and over the phone/email.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage schedules, handle administrative tasks accurately, and keep the front desk running smoothly without missing details.
Dependable & Flexible – Reliable in showing up on time and able to adapt to changing needs, such as covering busy periods, assisting with events, or handling unexpected situations.
